My friends and I went on it, and through the hole ride, we were tring to duck and hide from the monsters. Simplest way to put it: We were TERRIFIED! Ha! Hahaha. Pretty stupid now, eh?

my husband and I took our kids june 3rd. The crowds were way day which was great! The longest time we waited for a ride was 30 minutes. All the rest we got right on.

Back in the day when this ride first opened there was a pteradactyl that shot down from the ceiling straight at the boat as you started up the incline into the marsh. It was lit by these bright white lights and let out a blood curddling scream. Scared the bejeezus out of you no matter how many times you rode. Guess it was too scary because the last time I rode it (like 15 yrs ago) i could see it up at the ceiling but nothing happened.

Theres an area right behind Billy Bob where he says 'stay out of the marsh' where an attendant sits and watches camera's that are all thru the ride. If they see someone standing up they'll flip a switch, all the sound effects will stop in that section and they'll tell you to sit back down. Its so boring sitting back there. I had to fight sleep for hours!
