  • Got to see both The Beat and Gen. Public. AND Tosh, w/Jimmy Cliff, back in 80-something. These guys were so ALIVE...you couldn't NOT dance! Same for Cliff. As for Tosh, he seemed too high or whatever to spark much. But hey, if you fly BIWI, the PILOT might be too faded to fly from Boston to Barbados! lol Anyone who complains about spending another day in the Caribbean is daft. As for Boston...GET THE F*** OUT while you can!

  • Unbelievable post, i was there at the Hummingbird or might have bin called the Night Out at the time in 1980. Im sure this is the gig. Saw them again last year at the Half Moon in Paignton Rankin Roger and his son in trilbys rocked the place. Awesome
