  • I would call and talk to DavidLister6000, if I were you Ademo. He sounds like he has a good grip on reality and the law.

  • What about small claims court?

  • Just noticed how high you look. Is the choke choke cough good there?

  • Why not do the Marc Stevens' approach? Get the cop on the stand and ask him two questions. End of Story.

  • you should research trust law (check out dean clifford), it is YOUR court hearing, you should deal with that court on YOUR terms. Good luck!

  • ALLWAYS NEED MONEY.

  • Reap what you sow, buddy! You will be held accountable for your actions, if you don't have money, you are constitutionally guaranteed to have a lawyer provided for you.

  • @FFEMTPMF however that has become a racket and i wouldnt advise it to anyone and neither would any judge you meet

  • no, don't ask for money!

u wanted to be a tough guy....now do it yourself!!!

  • Defense Attorneys are not funded by the state pr are state representatives in any way. They are simply private entrepenues who wish to practice defensive law.

  • @fight4soverignty When your drug overdose puts a burden on the state for your medical costs, I become the injuries party. How about child pornography? What of skirting EPA regulations? Does there need to be cancer to show harm for the dumping of radioactive rods in your water-table? The notion of no victim is laughable, used by the left who would then state the home owner who defaults on a loan was the victim. Perhaps you need to stick to Canadian uploads...

  • @DavidLister6000 I understand that statement and I agree with you, but to be charged with three counts of wiretapping for filming cops, in my opinion, that's a victim-less crime, and seeing how their truly isn't an injured party (in ademo's case), I don't understand why there is an issue with the police, and your federal government when it comes to this.

  • @fight4soverignty I will hold off making assumptions on what the charges actually concern, whether is the studen filming inside the school or Adam calling and posting the phone conversation.

I will wait until he posts the actual indictment itself...

  • @fight4soverignty you have to think about this though. our public officials hold our information, our confidentiality. the law against wiretapping is a precaution against victims. why? because people have been known to expose information unbeknownst to the public officials then our citizens are ripped from their right to privacy.

  • @eajjoutlaw I agree, one only has to look at the precautions in HIPAA.

  • @eajjoutlaw It is a Statute not Law, but one must know how to distinguish the difference. There is truly only the law of the land (Common Law), everything else in between is just regulations and rules of a corporation. Public official's have a duty to keep confidential stuff confident. If your worried that someone will catch a cop on film saying something that is confident, then he isn't preforming his duty and is failing to keep to his oath, by revelling confident information to the public.

  • @fight4soverignty they have their reasons and thats why they put in a preventative measure.

  • @eajjoutlaw they don't need to have preventative measures if the did their jobs correctly and just remained silent when they tried filming them. The human filming will find it boring to film someone who is just standing there doing nothing but remaining silent.....the camera man will move on to the next thing he spots that looks interesting. problems can be avoided but when there is money to be made, the G.O.'s will do what they can to keep their job and put you right into conflict

  • @fight4soverignty but then thats a contradiction if you are going to the G.O. for a reason to discuss something private with him, why should he be silent when he has a duty to preform which is to serve you. look I will state this plain and simple. when you go to them to discuss something and they wish to discuss that something in private (confidential) and you hide a recording device on you and never let it be known, that is against privacy regulations.

  • @eajjoutlaw if you are going to them for a personal matter and you state that you want it all on the record (you must ask as nice as you can first) they usually will allow it. if they are recording the cops while they ask questions about stuff why are they scared to be on film? honestly if they don't want to talk about a subject they don't half to talk about it. or is it just the fact that they don't want to be held liable if they lie to you or give you incorrect information

  • @fight4soverignty lol talking in circles. well Obviously adam didn't act responsibly like a big boy and never asked anything to go on record. But instead of jumping into the never ending circle, I'm going to ask you to refer to my example because of what I have gathered that is the most likely situation that adam put himself in.

  • @eajjoutlaw either way he is facing charges from a Statute, which are made by humans with the same dignity and rights as everyone else, so therefore in order for the governing bodies of the Law Society to use any Statute or man made law against you, it must first require that you consent to the rules of their corporation. Adam has a chance to win but he must ask for the definitions of every word they say to him. look up the word "person" in any legal dictionary then ask how you are any of those.

  • @fight4soverignty yeaaah I doubt it but we will see. as far as I know he'll just ask the judge out and out to throw out the charges against him, like he tried last time, and expect the judge to disobey court procedure.

  • @eajjoutlaw Adam just needs to learn to ask the right questions and he'll be fine, but the burden of doing this is all on him. good luck to ya Adam!

  • @fight4soverignty thats true, he does need learn.... alot.

  • @eajjoutlaw lets just hope he has the required diligence to do so.

  • @fight4soverignty indeed

  • In order for there to be a crime there needs to be injury, harm, loss, or fraud in contract. A crime is a specific thing, it's injury with causation, who is claiming injured party?................................ no victim no crime!

  • hahaha this fuckers going away and now hes begging for money, try getting a JOB you gapped teeth hill billy bum

  • I will answer that with a question - who cares?

  • @DavidLister6000 lmfao wow!! ya..... who cares??

  • ...and where did GB get it from?

  • Stop it all of you. You're distracting Ademo from his fast food analogy, where he's struck legal paydirt. Throw in some more movie quotes and he's unstoppable.

Royal Magistrate: It matters not. He is your Burger King.

    Ronald McDonald: FREEDOM!

  • @wwwwwwwfe ...nice

  • @wwwwwwwfe I literally LMFAO with your comment.

  • @wwwwwwwfe they can take our burgers,, but the can never take our FREEDOM FRIES!!! follow me men as we chalk the shit out of the enemy! CHARGE!!!!!

  • I have read up on the 'freeman' logic, drawing tangents without backing it up. I would be more then happy to read a REAL court decision that grants them a 'win' if and when they use their 'sovreign' logic.

I have yet to find it and 'they' have yet to send me an actual cite - only links their fantasy land interpretations...

  • @DavidLister6000 i told you I'll send you cold hard facts but you don't want it... too bad.

  • @fight4soverignty ...and if I lived in Canada, maybe your nonsense would matter...but as I do not live in Canada, and am not a sucker, I don't care...

....but please, continue to give Adam Mueller, a US citizen, facing a US legal issue, direction on the Canadian legal system since I'm sure it will suit him well.

  • @DavidLister6000 1st of all it's not nonsense, nonsense doesn't work, sovereignty does work. If you think because you are an American, you can't have the same rights as another human in Canada (then technically its discrimination) the legal basis in Canada is pretty much the same as America, all government officials here and there, all took an oath to the crown and they all represent the same corporation. so why can you have the same rights as us? don't you think were all equal?

  • @fight4soverignty I went to Google Maps and yes, Canada and the us are two separate nations. No, you don't have the same 'rights' in your Maple nation as you do elsewhere. Perhaps on methphysical level, you should be equal, but be a Christian and go to Mecca and see what happens. Be a drug felon and try to get into Japan. Each nation has different rules, laws and morals.

And the US doesn't have a crown, you do....

  • @DavidLister6000 Where did the American legal system originate from?

  • @fight4soverignty why hasn't canada sought its independance from GB? you are still under british rule....not the US

  • @DavidLister6000 true, hell, remember when bush was president? how bush and Tony Blair were great friends. All Bush had to do was whistle and Blair would run from the other room and jump in Bush's lap.

  • @DavidLister6000 That doesn't answer my question. Didn't the American legal system originate from the magna carta?

  • @DavidLister6000 - Lister is the winner by knock out on foreignsovertyballawalladingdong! Hahaha

  • @DavidLister6000 - ROFL...that "Dr. Phill" wannabe...no challenge for you though!

  • Lister 2 Freeman 0

  • @maximumfullpower just wait, he'll reply and correct my spelling...

  • Lister 1 Freemen 0

  • @DavidLister6000 like I said you show me your proof and I will show you mine, you can talk the talk, but lets see you walk the walk, send me some evidence that proves what you are saying, and I would also like the links to the websites your getting your information from, then you will get my proof.

  • @fight4soverignty ...Who cares what happens in a Canadian court? NH isn't a providence of Canada.

Maybe their is a RCMP site you can post your lonney notions to.

And no, I don't need your 'notice' paperwork, its not worth anything in the United States of America, and I dare say worth the same in Canada, except for a chuckle.

    Ya Loon, eh...

    Lister 2 Canadian Freeman 0

  • @DavidLister6000 Everyone on the face of this earth is equal, there fore, if it can be done in canada then why can't it be done in the states, we're all equal are we not? If you would like to see a sovereign in court and win look up "sovereign makes judge bow" He is a true sovereign and shows that it can be done. If your not willing to look at my work, then it just goes to show that you don't have a clue what your talking about, and that your scared of the evidence I can provide

  • I really thought the 'soverigns' would have had a rebuttle prepared to prove their point. Guess not.

  • How comical, one of Aurther's little PDFs (128 pages) even says its not legal, and reads, "does not necessary mean its the truth..." and you free him from all liablity.

A sucker born every minute, especially in Canada it seems..

  • just listen to freesoverignty, if you only put in a semi-colon in your name, you'd be free. make sure you trademark 'ademo" too...

(I love reading this stuff, its worth a good laugh)

  • dwmlc david wynn miller law claim :COPYCLAIMS/COPYRIGHTS-~JANUARY-~1980 THROUGH-~DECEMBER-~2011 BY THE PLENIPOTENTIARY-JUDGE, FEDERAL-JUDGE, POSTMASTER: David-Wynn: Miller.

  • How can they prove you "knowingly" had your webcam on while having this conversation with the school authority? Looks like a accident to me, and possibly to 12 of your peers. I have had alot of phone conversations that were accidently recorded.

  • @howiwatchvideos no, the state will 'freeze' his server and his YT uploads and simply show he's made a 'habit' of doing it. It all depends on what's in the indictment/police report ~ that will be the state's evidence, and their capture of copblock/copblock.org

  • Adam, all bullshit aside, don't listen to any of that. You'll wind up in a state prison.

If anything, go to UNH law school and meet with their legal department or some grad students. Plead your case and see if they will help you out.

  • I want fighter there to post some depositions where any, and I mean any of that bullshit worked, in a US court, any US court. NOT some bullshit link to a militia website that rants about 'freedom to travel' but an actual criminal case where Yick overturned a conviction or where any of that 'sovereign' mess worked.

  • That flag has a fringe! Its a admiralty court!! I didn't sign a contract!! The UCC wasn't signed by the King in 1584 so laws are meaningless. My birth certificate is in all CAPS and I am a corporation! I'll sue you for 65 million in silver. There is a missing amendment to the constitution! I said "la la la" three times and your laws don't count!!

What a complete load of bullshit. I live it when people buy into this, its keeps my hourly rate up. What a bunch of suckers.

  • LOL, GOD SAVE THE QUEEN!!!

  • lol waaat

  • 15/15

my affidavit of truth and my notice of understanding and intent and my claim of rights, there is much more for you to learn if you want to continue going down the road of cop blocking. I am willing to help, but the choice is your weather you want it or not.

  • 14/15

years upon years of research, it's not something you just know like "common law" - don't cause injury, harm, loss, or fraud in contract, common law is basically common sense for a less of words. If you want to want to go down the rabbit hole and learn more I can send you a copy of

statutes are made by humans, with the same dignity and rights as everyone else, so who gives it that force? remember, we're all equal here, who has that say? Now for reference the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms very own preamble even quotes; "Whereas Canada is founded

  • Its seems that property owners are the ones that carry NH....

  • "....New Hampshire taxpayers receive among the least amount of federal funding per dollar of federal taxes paid. Per dollar of federal tax collected in 2005, New Hampshire citizens received approximately $0.71 in the way of federal spending. This ranks the state 4th lowest among all states...."

  • "...As one of only two states that tax neither sales nor wages (Alaska is the other), New Hampshire is heavily dependent on property tax revenue. New Hampshire is one of the 37 states that collect property taxes at both the state and local levels. As in most states, local governments collect far more...."

  • New Hampshire levies no general sales or use tax on consumers. Alaska, Delaware, "...Montana and Oregon are the only other states not to levy a general sales tax. New Hampshire's gasoline tax stands at 19.6 cents per gallon, which ranks 39th highest nationally. New Hampshire's cigarette tax stands at $1.78 cents per pack of twenty, ranking 15th highest nationally....."

  • "....New Hampshire's personal income tax system is one of the nation's most simple and inexpensive systems. With no separate tax brackets, New Hampshire's 5% flat income tax applies only to dividend and interest income. As a result many citizens have little or no income tax liability. New Hampshire's 2008 state-level individual income tax collections were $89 per person, which ranked 42nd highest nationally. ..."

  • "...Throughout the past three decades, New Hampshire's state and local tax burden percentage has consistently ranked among the nation's lowest, currently estimated at 8.0% of income (44th nationally), below the current national average of 9.8%...."

  • Another interesting fact, NH has no seatbelt laws....but again, its a police state?

  • Its Adam's failed methods that are at issue.

  • I just read NH allows gay marriage, but it's a police state?

  • @DavidLister6000 Wow. That's such a ridiculous jump is logic. That's on par with me surmising that you are gay because you have 6000 at the end of your screen name. Absolutely no logical connection between the two. Congrats on exposing your complete lack of reasoning ability.

  • @JohnBabiuk Actually no, when the Copblockers routinely chat "police state" and I discover that of the 7 states that permit gay marriage, always a hot button topic for the GOP, NH is one of those states. I can conclude that NH is not a police state; as why would a police state permit such an abomination?

  • See that Adam, you don't even have to show up for court, you just tell them that your don't consent and walk away, just listen to deathmarch5. I wouldn't even bother getting an attorney. Just tell them that thing about the flag in the court having a fringe. They'll understand and thank your for pointing it out.

  • @TheCopBlock so when will you just admit you don't pay taxes so really you're a hypocrit who doesn't pay the polices salary.

  • @wawieism Adam won't, you push him into a corner and try and make him accountable, and he backs off....

  • Remember only you can argue your rights because a lawyer does not have that power.. power of attorney means you loose natural rights you are rendered a ward of the court. lawyers have zero congressional authority to be in court by way of a bar license. But the people do and have congressional authority to come in under the congressional act"An act to protect all persons in the United States and furnish the means of there vindication 39th congress session 1 chapter 31 in 1866.

  • Educate your self about the law read famous supreme court cases on travel what laws apply to whom like Yickwo Vs Hopkins 118 US 356: that is page 118 in the Us supreme court volume 356. Understand all courts are administrative courts because the 11th amendment repealed article3 section 2 clause 1 in the US constitution there judicial power. this is a lot of info and i wouldn't expect you to know it over night. i learned this from a talkshoe dot com conference call on aib radio 9 EST pm

  • @zezt You forgot to say something about Jews or the NWO

  • @eajjoutlaw Wow, that about sums it all up right there...

  • @DavidLister6000 what? what I've said?

  • @eajjoutlaw yeah, you made a good point..

  • @DavidLister6000 thanks

  • judges corrupt degenerates get jew lawyer to fix it only winning counts

  • Sadly I just don't think Adam gets it. You can scream 'liberty' this and 'freedom' that. You just don't understand. You didn't get your way with Chris M and your pissed. Fine, I'm sure I would be too. But I would be constructive about what I did.

Your just coming off as a beggar trying to beat a felony, coming to the quick conclusion that your might actually be fucked on this one.

Sorry, that's just my take on it. Change your gears, cause at this rate, you're going nowhere fast.

  • Most people, such as myself, pay taxes, a tiny portion of what's needed to fund a city or county gov't. See, its spread out so on one group has to pay all of it. But those, the poor, and those such as yourself who in essence 'revolt' and do not pay taxes, are a 'burden' that we 'taxpayers' happily carry the burden for.

So when you come to court, and people like me are in the jury box. You best bring your A game and convince me your not just a bitter unemployed hippy.

  • @DavidLister6000 You taxes are paying only for the interest in a fraudulent debt. Then they borrow money that comes from thin air to futher your debt slavery. Thanks hero!

  • @DavidLister6000 yeah you sorry shit and your taxes also pay for war crime and i dont see you fukin moanin about that!

  • Your silly notion of "paying for police services" is comical.

"Officer officer, that man stole my purse! Catch him!!"

"Sorry lady, your behind on your Public Service account, best of luck to you...."

  • When you 'use' those services, like when Chris M was 'beaten' did he pay for any of the investigations? Any of the fuel for the police to collect statements? How about the review from the city or a public defender? Speaking of which, where is Chris M in all this??

Either way, life has rules, its that simple. Your 'freeman society' is a hoax evident by the fact that you have few Keene supporters. If your 'movement' was legitimate, wouldn't you have a more?

  • He's the rub. If you don't want to pay taxes, then don't. I pay taxes, which funds DPW, parks, the police, fire, ambulance services, medical costs etc. The issue is, that since YOU don't pay into this, I have to carry your burden (on the state). So don't look for sympathy when you get arrested for petty crimes and when faced with a 3 count felony, money isn't being handed over to you left and right.

  • Answer this question TROLLS

If you think policing today is perfect and would voluntarily pay for it, is it ok for you to force others to pay for it, if they disagree with you?

If I didn't want to go to McDonald's would you force me to go? Or would you tell me to go to Burger King? This is the same problem today. The government only provides McDonald's and I have no where else to go for my service. Why can't we have a McDonald's - which you police state people can pay for - and a Burger King?

  • @TheCopBlock .....you don't pay taxes, therefore you don't pay for public services...your indigent

  • @TheCopBlock and yes respect is power. if your not respected how do think they presidential candidates get elected? its simple common sense and obviously if you couldn't think of that well then you know where I'm going with that... if you don't want to contribute to america then dont. you dont seethe majority of america complaining do you no.if you've got an issue do something about it and dont just bitch in peoples faces all day.

  • @TheCopBlock Good point. I really hope The Hamburglar is on your witness list as you argue to not be incarcerated for the possible remainder of your parents' lives. Indeed, trolling is the highest form of activism. You can't deny the power.

  • @wwwwwwwfe ah good, someone else thinks he trolls, thank you.

  • @TheCopBlock listen to all these fucking retards hating on Ademo! Listen if you little follow the leader fuckers want to keep having your rights violated with a dick in your ass then just keep doing what they say and bend over and grab your ankles!

  • @TheCopBlock No one is forcing you to pay for anything. The benefit of living in "society" is the amenities such as grocery stores, paved roads, running water, electric, fire dep. police enforcement etc etc. You can either learn to live and deal with these things that come with large societies, or you can live in the middle of the forest and start your own. It's all choice. You put yourself in all of these situations, and no you have to get yourself out. Nobody did this to you.

  • @TheCopBlock Excellent- I look forward to reading them.

  • Trolls, where are your videos? What activism do you do?

Stop trolling me and do something. Prove me wrong, do it right whatever you want to call it. But don't Monday morning quarterback me without having the balls to do a damn thing yourself.

And if you like the way policing is being done today, so see no need to hold LEO's accountable, then stop making me pay for it. It's MORALLY wrong to take money from a person who doesn't want to give it to you.

  • @TheCopBlock YOU DONT EVEN PAY TAXES SO YOU'RE NOT PAYING ANYTHING.

  • @TheCopBlock LMFAO excuse me troll, how are you assuming I'm making you pay for it? I'm just looking out for my family and voting for what is right. how am i making you do anything? if you want to be a crying child go ahead theres no law against it. I'mjust here saying that you havent changed a damn thing, youve gotten in cops faces about petty shit, you've chalked like a child, and you've gotten in trouble with the law good job sticking it to the man.

  • @eajjoutlaw just because you're not willing to hold the gun yourself. You're still paying for and supporting a system which holds guns to the heads of anyone who tries to peacefully non comply. Period. That's how you maintain a cognitive dissonance which in turn allows you to ignore the blatant reality of the situation. If you willingly support the state, you ought to be culpable for it's actions, after all, it acts on your behalf.

  • @JohnBabiuk the blatent reality of the situation hardly affects the majority of americans. We dont care about the minority who is pissing and moaning because they feel like being complete jerks; it doesn't effect us. Besides if your peacefully non complying your still not complying. for example if there is some guy that is being told to leave areyour not allowed to touch him what are you going to do wish him away about bad thoughts? no you do something about it.

  • @JohnBabiuk but it does effect us when they deface (temporary or not) the public property that we the majority of citizens pay for, just to put down the police force that, oh look at that, we pay for that too. If you want to protest do it respectfully, don't act like a dick to the cops, don't start needless arguments, and don't push buttons.

  • @TheCopBlock You guys have the whiniest trolls on YT, I have never seen trolls so unoriginal that they repeat the same shit on everything you post. Cops are assholes, anyone that doesn't think so is one,or worse,a cop groupie! I'm so tired of listening to these kids bitch about taxes, one of the idiots misspelled his job. I hate to see what happens when they actually have to work. Keep up the good fight, I can't do it because of a couple ag batts, I didn't start them,I ended them.

  • @TheCopBlock I feel just bc of the severity of the case that you should definatly take the defensive approach even though I know it goes against the grain here......but you might want to look at it this way to with you being in the slammer its hard for you personally to continue with your movement and also keep in mind that even though you may have many supporters, its going to be you and only you being locked up

  • @TheCopBlock have you thought about becoming a freeman-on-the-land or in other words, sovereign? Everyone has a right to deny and revoke consent to be represented and thus governed, and anyone who does revoke the consent to be represented and thus governed exists free of statutory restraints, obligations and limitations. Wiretapping is a statutory restraint/obligation, just revoke your consent to be represented and thus governed.

  • @fight4soverignty lol, what a looney...

  • @DavidLister6000 who are you directing that comment towards?

  • @fight4soverignty take a guess..

  • @DavidLister6000 your entitled to your opinion, but I don't understand why you are calling me a "looney" can you explain, because everything I have said is true, would you like to see my affidavit of truth and my notice of understanding and intent and my claim of rights? or even better look up Robert Arthur Menard in the magnificent deception (on youtube). If you choose to watch this, then you will understand what I mean. If not have a nice day

  • @fight4soverignty You mean Robert-Arthur:Menard don't you?

Just another fraud, a piper for the suckers. The silly actions of a tax evader from Canada.

Please so me some legal cite where ANYTHING he did won in a US District, Circuit, Federal or Appellate Court.

I will wait because I would love to read the decision.

  • @DavidLister6000 1/3

No I mean sponge bob square pants, that's why I put his name down duh and hes not a fraud, and why would he need to win a US district when he lives in canada. You say he is a fraud.....well do you have any evidence that proves the validity of what your saying about him being a fraud because I can't figure out how he is. have you

  • @DavidLister6000 2/3

ever herd of Mary Croft, Josh Novak, Christy Scott, Irene Gravenhorst, Keith Thompson, Rob page, along with my self, well I guess their all frauds too and if you want to see proof of ANY legal work that the straw-man has worked, where can I send you a copy of my affidavit of truth my notice of understanding and intent and my claim of rights, you can

read over them (not like you will) So instead of being a complete jack ass next time, why

  • @fight4soverignty I did a 5 second Google Search on Irene, seems she wanted to form her own "nation" and write checks against it? And shockingly, the 'real' banks in Canada didn't honor them....

Are you actually serious? You actually think this stuff is real? And no a laundering scam for suckers such as yourself?

I was gonna make fun of you, but its just sort of sad actually....

  • @DavidLister6000 2/3

    3/3

don't you do some research on both sides of the story before you make any determinations. I have proof that the sovereignty way does work, and I can and will send it to you but please send me some proof that entails that it doesn't work, you would need to be very uneducated, ignorant and not willing to give it a chance in order for this process not to work. watch the movie "UNGRIP"

  • @DavidLister6000 gu hahahahahaha. You have just utilized the #1 all time high first knee jerk reaction to being provided with truth that causes you cognitive dissonance (specifically, calling the messanger a "looney"). Do your research friend!

  • @3e4r5t6f7h8i90 like I said, please show me ANY legal work that the 'freeman' strawman has worked...

    ...I will wait.

  • Challenge the Elements of the crime, like Marc says:

  • @eajjoutlaw - What gets to me is that people like us have to work for a living and these so called actyivists free load on their supporters for their money. We get insulted for having a view different from theirs that they have no idea on what freedom really is. I would like to see them try this in another country and see what happens to them.

  • @maximumfullpower you speak the truth bro. they have the freedom to protest but they bitch because the government doesn't listen to their whining and therefore acts like a dick to the public offcials. I indeed would like to see them try and act like this somewhere else. their just lucky they dont get slapped in the face but thats america

  • @maximumfullpower "Free Load" funny how you're more aggressive here than in email. So much for that civil conversation I guess?

All of you trolls say, "They don't know what freedom is." "or we con money from people." Yet you never prove it? You don't tell me what freedom is, you don't have proof of my committing fraud and scamming people.

It's all false claims... - Ademo

  • @TheCopBlock - Ademo, anytime you want to contact me to talk, you are more than welcome to. I respectfully request to talk to you one on one in person though one of these days. Some of you fellow activists that are close to you are not very nice either rather insulting is more like it. That is not right either.

  • @eajjoutlaw - Exactly the point! That and being for the money.

  • @maximumfullpower arn't we all?

  • @eajjoutlaw - That is why I called them so called activists and so called supporters. They don't realize that in order to gain support they must respect everyone's point of view regardless of for or against the view. They wonder why they are losing support.

  • @maximumfullpower the idea of respect goes back centuries, ages even! so if you consider thats what our society runs by, they are outcasts and are seeking attention from other social outcasts.

  • @eajjoutlaw thats why respect equals power

  • @eajjoutlaw respect or fear equals power? Do you pay taxes because you respect the government or do you pay because you're too scared they'll come after you? I bet you're too scared.. cause if you weren't you'd keep your money and spend it on things you need. Not what the state ends up spending it on... - Ademo

  • @TheCopBlock oh jesus look at you talking for me. looky here troll, I pay taxes because I respect the government. but now I guess what your going to say that I respect the cops who beat up people. dont go there. I doubt you've read anything I've said to zezt and if you did I bet your going to ignore it.

  • @TheCopBlock all in all you've done nothing to change the system and have just caused needless agruments... whose the troll now kid?

  • Sorry Adan, you ask for donations and you get a debate on 9/11. I don't know if thats funny and sad....

  • I hope we get that video from the court room, every time you attend.

  • @thecopblock , you can have a trial with a jury?, in that case go at it solo, with some witnesses to question about the materials used, and proposed damages.

  • @eajjoutlaw - lol...he called me maxflowerpower even though I have respectful to Adam.

  • @maximumfullpower lmao your such a hippy

  • The government bben wiretapping my phon,tv, radio, computer, etc for years unknown can i put them in a cage and file charges as well?

  • Comment removed

  • @maximumfullpower no i think he needs an intervention lol

  • Lastly, before lunch, if Adam wants respect and support, post online the indictment and the police reports, he can redact the names, DOB, etc.

    Put up or shut up....

  • @DavidLister6000 notice he stopped talking.... therefore he chose the latter option lol

  • @DavidLister6000 I will once I have them, the state has given me nothing. But feel free to call them and have them send it to you, it's public record, have fun. - Ademo

  • I review dozens of transcripts, police reports, witness depositions etc. You must understand how the details are vital. Was the door open, or shut, did the cop say this, or that. The overall outcome/situation is decided on very specific things.

Did Adam have consent to do or that? That's all it takes. The wiretapping will probably have 4-5 things that must be proven for conviction, if not, Adam walks...

  • I certainly think that police who violate their 'oath' or have 'misconduct in office' should be held to a high standard (penality) if they are convicted. Everyone has rights and everyone gets their day in court. Most police officers, deputies, etc, who are caught doing something typically get a reduced time, not because they are cops, but because they have NO crimainl record. Sentence guidlines are standard in most states, have priors, you get more time to reflect on your past deeds...
