Uh, he's not in..

That's Nick Coyle from the Drama Club, which is another band completely. He used to be the lead singer for Lifer, which Aaron and Mark were a part of prior to Breaking Benjamin.

He's an old friend, and a brilliant singer in his own right. He just didn't do all that well during this performance. Anyways, he's not 'in', he's just doing back up as a favour.
