  • Yes, we sell tons of 840 big bore kits. They come with bored and nickasil plated cylinders. The kit itself is $1,700 for the pistons, cams, springs, gaskets ect. +$595 for the nickasil plating. There are core charges for the cylinders and cams that are refundable when we receive the stock parts back. You also need all the other bolt on performance parts as well to make it run right (cdi jet kit intake exhaust hot coils clutch kit ect)

  • Turbo RZR by about 1/2 a car length but only because we ran out of road. The Turbo RZR tops out at 62mph, the 840 Teryx closer to 70mph. The Amazing thing is that the RZR is running 8 lbs of boost and the Teryx is Naturally Aspirated.
