yeah, the backswing looks a bit off plane. also, the club doesn't appear to be parallel to the target line during the take away. if you pause it at just the right moments (once the club is parallel to the ground with the toe up), the shaft is pointing off to the right, when it should be pointing down the target line. it's also pointing right of target line at the top of the swing as well.
Nice swing, though you swing the club very flat in your backswing with a very closed clubface that tends to come a little over the top in transition. Try placing your right hand in a weaker position on the grip(shake hands with the club). When starting your backswing keep the buttend of the club facing your bellybutton up to the 8 o'clock position. The steeper take away and the weaker right hand will help keep the swing plane and clubface on track and more simple.
