He has been in my care since 02 before they went to Cites II 'meaning illegal to import/export these and in since captive breeding is near impossible 'these guys are becoming rarer and rarer. I think he would be happier if he had some plants or something that shows are more natural environment. Sure it makes it harder to clean but you want what's best for your pet.
Turtle needs more than just a plain tank full of water and food. It's sad such a beautiful creature of nature has to deal with such a boring enviroment.
i dont get how people are able to say this turtle looks bored... ive looked at many other videos where the tank was filled with decorations and yet the turtles did the same thing, swim up againts the glass and look the same...
