This is still acceptable, I guess. What's really bad is Family Guy dubbed in German.

It's really unwatchable. Even if the voices were correct, there's still so many jokes that you just can't translate into a different language.

Why can't they just leave the original language and put some subtitles on there.

I seem to remember that's what the dutch are doing to most of the imported shows.
