Honestly, if I was on the jury now, I'd say that there is not enough evidence to convict all three. However, the documentaries by HBO were drastically one-sided: we learn very little about the alarming mental health revelations concerning Echols prior to his arrest. Forget the black shirts, the heavy metal, the cult correlations. They were weak and erroneous assertions. I am all for a new trial, but seriously...these guys are guilty. Lack of DNA does nothing to expunge guilt, but whatever.

It's funny how things like black clothing and fingernails that sentenced damien to death are now a fashion statement. Every interview you see these three are all very positive about their situation.
