you can also use youtube free downloader it what i use all i do is copy the link then paste it to to the downloader and download and it gets put into a file then i put it on my mp3 player

sad...made me cry like the anime did.....i was honestly praying for a happy ending. my faveorite part was when they did the mini series of ryuya, uraha, and kanna and so i really loved the summer special! but it only made it worse when i thought about the end.....
My teacher gave me a 4-page assignment and I wrote about this, it turned out to be 9 XD. But I wrote a different story, 75% of it comes from Air (only the arc about the past).
she didnt know it was from an anime :D. The topic was writing about a far away land in your imagination. So I kinda made up a story about the Winged people being neglected by humans, then the whole race was massacred, then things went almost the same as Air :p
it's the OVA called summer special, if you havent seen it, you better do. It's fun to watch, and gave you some sad moments about what will in the end. It's way better than the movie.
the anime isnt bad, but it lacks depth and it moves a bit too fast (means it ends too quickly). That's how I feel. Other than that, the story line is perfect. (it feels the saddest when she made it to her goal). Her death makes me sad.

its only 12 eps, i think, and counting the extras its 14. very short, very powerful series.
