@buutylope I love that you mentioned Kate Bush and Siouxsie. I hear them so much in her voice! Also hearing them in a lot of other artists I listen to (all that seem to be in totally opposite realms of the music industry), so I know I must be listening to the right shit.

If you like Siouxsie, maybe try Zola Jesus. She's along the same line, more or less. Some of her stuff is a bit iffy, but the Siouxsie impact is still there!

Heard last year that Tuneyards were gonna be at the Pilot Light in Knoxville TN. Came in in the middle of this song and she pretty much stared into my soul during the part at 4:01. Bought the vinyl from her right after the show, and it's still probably my favorite.

And like the doorman said, it was the best free show I would ever go to.
