u should get the olympic 20 pound bar put a 25 on each side with a 5 on each side and it will make it easier ive noticed that when the weights are spread out like that it makes it alot harder
just offering friendly advice. your imperfect form results in back and elbow movements creates momentum which takes some weight off the bicep. work on your form or try doing concentration curls and you will notice a difference in resistance.
Not bad form but... You should be lowering the weight slower and do NOT pause and rest the bar against your body after every rep. That defeats the purpose if your goal is to improve. You want to keep your bicep under constant tension. You do that by immediately starting the next rep after you complete the last one and no resting barbell against your body.

well u look like ur about 16 thats decent weight, ur strong but not really strong i weigh 145lbs and i use 100lbs 6-8 reps for 3 sets on a straight bar and my biceps are about 14 and a half inches
It takes some strain off your biceps and puts them on your brachialis muscle, located lower and to the side of it. You'll still get a bicep workout with an ezcurl bar, but it will take longer.

switch to a straight bar and you will really work out the biceps. An ez curl bar doesn't utilize the whole bicep muscle.
