1.easy user interface (easyer than that is impossible)

3.very detailed (almost ZBRUSH)

So cool! That cursor really caught my attention, how do you draw it, if you don't mind me asking?

Google for stencil shadows. I use the same technique but with a sphere for the "shadow volume". The sphere is centered around the surface point that you're currently targeting with the mouse, and the stencil trick means I will only draw the intersection between sphere and mesh.

Looks like you can color it pink and release it as a tumor maker. :)
