@jamesbackman The boys are aged between 7 and 16, when their voices break, some join the mens choir at St Philips, London where the choir is based.

@jamesbackman I think the best bet would be for you to read their website at libera.org.uk it gives you lots of information on there. I understand that they start the boys off at an early age with a qualified music teacher, but alot of the "learning" is done by the new boys mimicing the older boys already in the choir, so I dont think it takes to long to train them up, but I dont want to mislead you, so it would be best if you read their official site.. Hope this helps. ;o)

I dunno I just don't have much tolerance for these "packaged groups" that have really spread around the last 5 yrs. or so and now apparently include children's groups. They always sound very sterile - this for example sounds almost identical to Enya's original single. Sorry.
