Has anyone seen a music box like this...?

I once saw a movie where a little girl carried around a very small metal object, round I believe. It had a knob that, as long as she turned it, would cause the object to play music, like a little manual music box. I would love to have one. Does anyone know what this might be?

The quality and workmanship in these old music boxes are just beyond description and beyond compare. My grandparents used to have an old Regina floor model and the first time I heard it as a little kid I thought it was music straight from heaven.

Thanks very much, yes once heard never forgotten, there are a number of CDs out there on the SayDisc label, got mine from Amazon. But one day I would love to own one, probably the Regina 15'' type
