As far as im aware she got off, because the cat didnt die as someone else let it out of the bin. If someone clearly abusing an animal in this way can not be charged when she has made a confession that it happened and theres CCTV, it proves the laws are too soft.

She said sorry in one of her statements, although the first one she made said she didnt know what all the fuss was about. Then after all the media attention and hate, she backed down and said sorry but she didnt give areason for it
