Then to add insult to injury she fried the fillets for 5 to 10 minuets. salmon should either be gently poached or grilled with a little salt and a squeeze of lemon. You can even eat it raw. By marinating it in lemon juice. This will have the effect of cooking it. IE it will not look or taste raw. But all those spices. No way!

Go anywhere in America and you will see unhealthy overweight people who don't even east veggies let alone real spices. Food should be the shuttle that gets spices into your body. Spices have much more value than food preservation - please google each spice used in this video to see how they aid and heal the human body. People who consume less fat, corn and gluten will live longer. We have fields of grain - fields of illness and suffering from wheat and corn (syrup).
