The 7 foot sub was made several years ago but I can still provide a rough estimate based on today's prices. The sub could be divided into several categories, fiberglass, electronics (including the transmitter) bilge pumps, and miscellaneous. Fiberglass would be two to three hundred, electronics about 500, bilge pumps four to 500, so roughly about 1500 for materials. However labor was by far the most significant portion which I could not begin to estimate.

Its scratch built, made of fiberglass and powered by two Jet Ski batteries and several bilge pumps.

Thanks,it is scratch built. There are several commercially available, one is RC others are display models but can be converted, all expensive though.
