Its almost hard for me to believe he was only 1 day out of surgery in the beginning of the video. I just underwent the same to procedures yesterday and my neck is completely bruised. I guess people heal differently, but THIS is really different. Feel free to view my vlog #2.
Does these implants ware away the bone under them and what about dental health to teeth and nerves in the molers , and about dental care what are the risk of blood clotting ? or body rejections of the implants what about nerve damage to face and neck and intername dental nerves passing in to the brain and spine?
1. implants can thin a little of the bone. however, if they are placed correctly over the thick cortical bone of the lower chin then you should be fine. i had to remove an implant that was placed entirely incorrectly near the teeth and it was causing thinning of the thinner bone and dental roots. so the key is to go to a surgeon that can do it right and place it in a safe area far away from dental roots.
2. as far as blood clots like hematoma in the area of the chin implant, it is extremely rare. the reason for that is that the chin implant occupies a very tight space and multiple layer closures are performed on the muscle and skin so i have never seen that. of course, you could have one in the neck area if liposuction was done. this is also rare but this is possible.
3. body rejecting silicone is unlikely since it is bioinert. if it gets infected (which is quite rare if done sterilely), then your body at that point could "reject" it but that is not a rejection, it is an infection. hope that is clear. the nice thing is that if you don't like it or it does not fit you, the implant can be removed. again, that is unlikely that you would need that situation. sizing it right and doing it right minimizes that chance.
How can you be a hair transplant specialist and also do all these procedures? Most hair transplant surgeons only focus on hair transplants in order to become very good.
no, only if the nose is very big. yes, you can lengthen the jaw. i don't do that. there is a lot more recovery with that. i do fat grafting as well but not for a tiny chin just for a little bit of a small chin otherwise you chin will look fat. i do that all the time for aging face and that is perfect and even better than an implant.
Looks great. Was the height increased as well? Looks like it (but didn't think that was possible with an implant only)

@unclerusty2 no height changes just projection and neck work.

@AngelGetsAChin yes, everyone is different. also, i did not perform liposuction. i did a very focused lipectomy where he had excess fat.

Also, Isn't there a procedure to lengthen the jaw? Personally I don't like implants. What are the alternatives?
BoycottCCrocker 4 years ago
Question: Can shortening the nose be an alternative to a chin implant to balance the face?
