It's easy. You can't avoid the jump while you film, (there is no alternative, believe me) so just edit it out. I don't have xbox live so I don't know if you can upload from file share directly to YouTube but most people probably upload it via computer, so go into windows live movie maker or whatever and edit it out.

If you are serious about making machinima this way, you only need to hold down one button, like A and then hold RB LB Left stick and D-pad down after, so like a machinima with a slight battle, only miniscule size (like two on two), you could tape down, like LB or RB( Since only a certain team will use a certain grenade type, or reload will do by itself) Works better than holding them all down

actually you dont have to hold all the buttons down just do the same buttons (Left bumper, Right bumper, hold in crouch, hold A and down on the D-pad) but just hold all of that for 3-5 secs and then you automatically go to weapon lowered stance :D

for local and system link its up to 4 or 8 i forget,but its on local and system link because Bungie would think of someone using it as a advantage in matchmaking\Custom games\campaign so they put it on local and system link so if there was a advantage it would be limited to cheating

This is how you REALLY lower your weapon. LB-RB-LS-Down-A. Hold all of them for 3 seconds then the weapon will disappear off your screen. For a better example, Left bumper,right bumper,left analog stick, down(on the D-pad) and A. Hold all of them down.
