seriously, DKS are OP if you got the right spec - so are priests/ pallys/ rogues / warlocks/ mages/ druids / shamans/ warriors so if you really think they take no skill.. my dk takes skill for its 1.5k DPS at level 70 Single Target.

death knights were built to be the easyest class to level, but they are the same to other players in end resault, sometimes even worse. they start at lvl 58, with crazy gear, mount, healing powerful attack and suck, by the way, any class can easly kill mobs a few lvls above em, ive tries it.
Heheh i remember when WOTLK came you couldnt get a healer for 58-68 instances and there was allways 4-5 DKs all dps specced h8ed wipes since no resurrecter =)
lol when i was leveling my DK i did the same. just grabbed 4-5 mobs at a time and finished the quest in 2 minute, and i was taking on 3 man quests against 67 elites solo with a 65 DK.

Yeah, I can vouch for that. I play as all classes and I have never had difficultly beating any other class. My favorite time was when I was a warlock and another warlock (10 levels higher than me) challenged me to a duel because I said that shadow bolt was inefficient a lower levels. I just fear kited him and his void walker each in turn ( the void walker died first) and I used my imp to fire on whoever I was attacking at the time. I took ZERO damage and, of course, he lost.

dk's r OP because they have many strengths like self heals, a interrupt with a short 10sec cd, a 5 sec ranged silence, and good burst but no weaknesses like most other classes, only class that can stay out of melee range of a good dk r druids

In fact, since DK's rely ONLY on diseases for burst damage, I'd say cleansing kinda disables the DK. If you weren't such a dumbass you'd figure out how weak DKs are in certain situations.
Chains of ice - can be removed with one cleanse. Costs one frost rune, which is required for major strikes.
Diseases - increase the DKs strike damage by about 40-50% also removable with a cleanse each, given their non-existent resistance to cleansing abilities. They cost one frost rune and one unholy rune, both required for major strikes.
1) grats u removed the chains of ice, too bad in the time it took for u to do that he's on your ass now and doesn't need it to be on u anymore
2) diseases r only major for unholy dk's, yes they add a good percentage to blood and frost dk's too but not they r not needed
3) Virulence - reduces the chance that your DOT diseases can be cured by 30% with 3 talent points, its on the first row of talents in the unholy tree...maybe u should read up on something u r trying to argue first, lol

The reason they are OP is because they have the armor of a warrior, the dps of a good shaman, and the versatility of a warlock.
The argument here is why Blizzard came out with a DPSing AND and plate armor class. Until now, plate armor has "generally" equated to not so awesome dps because of its high armor. Now however, we have DK's with high armor, high damage, and several spammable CC's and movement speed debuffs.
It's basically everything that is good in the game rolled into one "hero" class

Death Knights are overpowered in the 50 - 59 bracket in PvP. Not because the character is good, but the gear is a lot better than what -normal- characters around that level can get. Don't BAW about your character being nerfed because you can no longer 2-hit every other character. =P.

death knights are fricen insanly overpowered. you pretty much screwed if your a caster. I only played 2 BGs but in both i saw that it took 2-3 players to take one death knight. Dosn't matter tho cause blizz is gona nerf em in PvP next patch.
most dk's are dueled at lvl 58+ the people that are lvl 55ish-62ish cant play them.. personally i prefer the mage and the dk as a 60 alteric basin/ crafter alt.. dk's take no skill

If you compare the overalls.. DK rules in everypart.. yah priest can heal better, but they die easily. Ret Pally can do high dps bcos of high crit (w/ 2h), but dk do more damage.
warrior can do high dps with 2 2handed swords, dk still op them in recounts.
When I was a lvl 60 mage, I didn't loose to one DK (out of many ranging in lvls from 58-64) and people still think they are OP...It depends on your skill...you can say mages are OP to...but I could call every class OP and look just as stupid as you

dk's r OP because they have many strengths like self heals, a interrupt with a short 10sec cd, a 5 sec ranged silence, and good burst but no weaknesses like most other classes, only class that can stay out of melee range of a good dk r druids
p.s. i have 1056 resil (can get 1250+ easy)

Chains of ice - can be removed with one cleanse. Costs one frost rune, which is required for major strikes.
Diseases - increase the DKs strike damage by about 40-50% also removable with a cleanse each, given their non-existent resistance to cleansing abilities. They cost one frost rune and one unholy rune, both required for major strikes.

2) diseases r only major for unholy dk's, yes they add a good percentage to blood and frost dk's too but not they r not needed
3) Virulence - reduces the chance that your DOT diseases can be cured by 30% with 3 talent points, its on the first row of talents in the unholy tree...maybe u should read up on something u r trying to argue first, lol

1. So you play a class that has no ability to put some distance between you and the DK? If you can cleanse, when fighting a DK you have one finger on your cleanse button ffs. You don't expect the dk to roll over and die for you.
2, Not needed, haha, man I played all specs, safe for frost DW, and all require diseases to kill an enemy unless you want to waste time killing a guy. Diseaseless died since 3.1.
3. Then that's ok, every DK complaining about this issue has no idea, everyone else knows.

Talk what? It's a useful feature that allows the DK to use his strikes with less difficulty, but the DK still has 6 runes and they have a cooldown.
Honestly, learn to play whatever you play, if DKs are an issue then I don't know how you fare against the other classes, since the DKs are on the bottom in class representation in arena PVP.

sure dk's aren't the top class in arena but highest team with a dk is 6th in the world with 2825 rating and all throughout the top 100 teams theres dks, mages, druids, priests, pallies, warriors, shamans, a few rogues. All this is based on 2's.

this is the first time that ele shamans have made a big appearance in arena and pvp, vanilla ele shamans were a joke and couldn't do shit...bc it was a little better but resto was till the only spec u would find on a 2's or 3's team, we finally have gotten the chance to compete with the other classes
and don't forget about wind shock :P
im talking 1v1, dk's rock and casters shit, we stand no chance...range silence, interrupt, magic shield, and by the time those have all finished we're dead

The reason they are OP is because they have the armor of a warrior, the dps of a good shaman, and the versatility of a warlock.
The argument here is why Blizzard came out with a DPSing AND and plate armor class. Until now, plate armor has "generally" equated to not so awesome dps because of its high armor. Now however, we have DK's with high armor, high damage, and several spammable CC's and movement speed debuffs.
It's basically everything that is good in the game rolled into one "hero" class

Death Knights are overpowered in the 50 - 59 bracket in PvP. Not because the character is good, but the gear is a lot better than what -normal- characters around that level can get. Don't BAW about your character being nerfed because you can no longer 2-hit every other character. =P.

Stop that shit you all talking about that dk are not op.. DK are op.. DK can do more damage in raids than anyone, and they can tank and heal too.
If you compare the overalls.. DK rules in everypart.. yah priest can heal better, but they die easily. Ret Pally can do high dps bcos of high crit (w/ 2h), but dk do more damage.
warrior can do high dps with 2 2handed swords, dk still op them in recounts.

According to Recount tests with 1 spec used:
-Hit 10-15% harder than an arms warrior using a 2Her (with equal gear skill level).
-Have a pet doing 35% more dps than a beast master hunter's pet (cats used to test).
-Self heal for around 45,000hp (using instant casts) within 15sec.
-As well as Mark of Blood, turns DoTs into HoTs and has the Death Knight's opponent casting heals on the Death Knight while they die.
