I am no longer watching torchwood now that they have americanized it.Everytime they americanize a show it is ruined.This sucks as bad as if they americanized dr who.

Sadly I have to agree - John and the team did a fantastic job trying to keep a POOR story moving forward. I think its such a shame and such a waste of talents. The heart of the story is NOT the same - it got lost in a sea of crap.

I advise any Briton watching this to download it and not show any support. It will be shown in America, Canada and Australia a week before us. When we do finally get it, it will be an edited down version of the one shown everywhere else on Earth. Not to mention that our tax money funded just under half of it. Vote with your wallet and don't buy the dvd.

@princesslipstik I totally agree. Every single American tv program which has existed were terrible and every British tv program has been amazing. The fact that many of the writers from the original series is writing on this is meaningless also.

There is a 100% percent chance of this being terrible.

@unholyjebus I know. Apart from having Four of the same characters, two of which only started out as Occasional Characters, the Formula is completely different. What happened to the Rift? Did it just miraculously decide to close forever? That's what Torchwood was meant to be about and yet there's no mention of it at all. And I though COE was terrible. I just know this series will make me want to cry.

I've been waiting since the last season ended for information on Miracle Day! Just saw the trailer on the BBC, literally 10 minutes ago, it looks EPIC! And I think I might actually start liking Gwen in this series!
