dude this move definately works! its not a travel IF you execute it right. get the foot work down first though. once u perfect this move there are endless possibilities to choose from while performing it. for example friday, and i played SF and PG, well when i ran point i used this move along with a crossover and shook the living hell outta this dude NO ONE COULD HOLD ME(and im white :P) i ended up with 23 points and i hit the tie breaker with 7seconds left NO LIE!!! bottom line LEARN THIS MOVE
How is it that a stutter step isnt considered a travel, I'd really like some clarification on this, its a move I've always wanted to put into my arsenal but one in which I would be iffy about using due to my being called for a travel.
@LetYourGameSpeak81 to be considered a carry, the player's hand has to be under or nearly under the ball. in this case, the player's hand is on the side of the ball, resulting in a legal and very momentary grip on the ball. however, if the grip remains too long, a travel will probably be called.
@LetYourGameSpeak81 If you're in the action of dribbling i.e. still maintaining control of the ball on the side (not bottom cause that's a carry) you can take as many steps as you want. You see it in fast breaks all the time, where they'll dribble once every 3 or 3 steps because they're still in the action of dribbling.

People don't understand proper traveling rules. With the dribble alive, you can take 9 steps if you're fast enough.
