  • @Gombful England is a constitute country of the UK thaat WAS my point. But get you thinking Ireland is in britain, the republic of Ireland is a freestate and not a part of Britain. The british isles yes but not a part of the UK. I hardly think you can call anyone thick sweetheart. regards.

  • shitty performance, will not listen again.

  • Apologies: `I Vow To Thee My Country`.!

  • Nicodagger: YouTube Katherine Jenkins - I Vow To Thee My country (vid by Proculled). Or better still, from there, scroll down to Angelcynn`s vid & whilst listening press more info; you can singalong with all the words. Enjoy!!

  • listen real close at 3:45 someone drops something :p

  • I've always felt, ever since first hearing this piece, that the slow bit, beginning at about 3:42, should have words, and be the national anthem of England. I feel the melody perfectly expresses the weight of history, the glory, the joy and sadness of Britain through the last 2,000 years, from the earliest battles against the Romans to the defeat of the Spanish Armada, to the great courage of the people during the Blitz......anyone else agree with me?

  • I am with you on that one... Great minds think alike...

  • Yes but England is a country while Britain is an island.

  • it has words--listen to "I vow to thee my country" an English hymn set to that very theme.

  • I couldn't agree more.

  • Fantastic, so uplifting.

  • I love playing this song so much.

  • Clarinet, but my friend is trying to teach me this arrangement he found for synth; so hard...
