No, this would be the first stitch on the row. You place the slip knot on the needle then you continue to cast on. So from here, you'd need to watch a casting on vid.

Kelsey, you tend to talk too fast and, just like people said on the other video, you have bad angles and that was the worst possible choice for a yarn color. Some people didn't "forget" how to make a slipknot, some people never had a reason to know. Don't teach everything like it's a refresher.
