@mousehunter311 Actually, I don't believe that Julian hides his accent. He has lived and worked in the United States for at least 20 years. He would probably pick his accent back up if he were to visit Australia for about a week. On a much smaller scale, I was born & raised in Kentucky but I have been in California for about 7 yrs.  When I visit home, I start to pick up the Southern drawl a bit but out here, I don't have it at all. Ya know?

So, that's his natural accent now.

I watched 1 episode from this show (i don't know the season / episode, was randomly shown on TV) and fell in love with this TV show cause of the plastic surgeries, love to watch how they do it.

if you guys are curious, the episode was with this women who had a weird thing on her face and cried to him to remove it from her face cause she was always rejected at school and never had a boyfriend and she was a virgin until the age 24.

@Tombstonage I did love some of the stuff from S5, but the show hasn't been the same since season 3. Look at it now! It is a mere shell of what it used to be...it makes me sad because I am a die-hard Nip/Tuck fan and these last episodes are really not all that great.

@Nine00 That is correct. I suspect that when or if he visits Australia, he picks the accent up again. Also, it is probably easier to speak in an "American" accent, since he has to do it for the show. A lot of actors from other countries do that.
