  • Hey man on 00.44 I LOVE YOUR HAT!!!

  • This is good!!!!!!!!

  • how can i get a hold of that first beat its sick

  • BrainDecrease u r a fucking idiot saying u should leave afrika to die when it was europe and america that raped the countries and took the riches for there own civilisation. the economy is built on the slavetrade and therefor the diaspora deserves reperations. and all the corupt afrikan leaders are bastards but they wouldn't be greedy if it wasnt for the westerners.

  • I really don't think it would be a good idea to ban International trading... To be honest even if only .01% is going to the Ugandan people it's better than nothing. The only thing keeping many African countries is believe it or not, white people.

  • wow!! such amazingly condoscending ignorance. I would have advised you receive some sort of knowledge or teachings first to enlighten you on the subject before you start but in North America you only from the TV so I honestly cant even blame you for thinking the way you do...

  • I know how it sounds, but even in this video you see these horrible living conditions. Then there's darfur, those starving people, rampant aids and malaria... I remember seeing pictures of this kid drinking cow piss and washing his head in it. It just seems to me that if things are this bad, outside help doesn't seem to be doing much but perpetuating a horrible existence. I'm not being condescending, I genuinely think euthanasia might be the only solution here.

  • Go to page 2 of these comments and read everything omegaguitars said. Moreover, read everything the other African users said. Africa is sick, corrupt, and horribly uneducated. What would you do for a sick horse with one leg, too stupid to take care of itself? You would do it an astronomical service by putting a bullet in its head. Again I know how this must sound but I'm not trying to be a dick.

  • you idiot. natural selction? what do you know about that? was it natural for them to be robbed of their resources? or natural to be enslaved? perhaps it was natural to have a foreign and untested western political system forced upon tribes that didnt even consider themsleves nationally united in the first place. natural selection went out the window a long time ago. it was europe who ruined africa, so its europe who should fix it.

  • Idk. All those things sound pretty natural to me. An inability to defend, or outwit resulting in domination. It's the strong brushing off the weak. What isn't natural about any of that? Africa wasn't the only country to be robbed and raped, man. The other countries, even Jamaica bounced back and could stand independently. Africa can only beg for help and without help, it will die. The world has no reason to support such people.

  • I was going to respond and hopefully enlighten the person who wrote this comment, until I got to the part where he/she said "Africa was the only COUNTRY to be robbed and raped" Africa, a country? So I think I'll pass on this one...we just have to let some stay ignorant. lol.

  • Yeah... I noticed that after I had posted. No one noticed for a good 2 weeks, so... thanks douche lol.

  • thank you! please learn more about the struggles of our people..

  • Where can i buy those songs from the Video? The music is very good!

  • Hi, u asked where u could buy the songs from the Diamonds in the Rough trailer.

Well, did u happen to get them?

    If not let me know.

  • Keep up the love and positivity!

  • stop trying to be American man...jay-z is got nothing on you?....punk.

  • fuck Jay-Z and fuck you 2

  • I never killed anybody. Believe me when I say I'm grateful for that. Regretably, I must say you're wrong about that "Universal Desire". WE possess that because we've come from the American/Western style philosophy of thinking. But Western thinking has always been unique, when many other cultures prior to Eurocentrism didn't even have a word for freedom. Nationalism, familial pride? Much better than individual success.

  • am living in south eas england but this makes me so proud 2 be a ugandan.bless u guys.

  • Man I am a hiphop artist from Sierra Leone and seeing things like makes me proud to be African. It shows that We can do this American Music without acting like the American rappers. Big Ups to Uganda and saba saba, May Jah bless.

  • hold up homeboy.. what do you mean acting like American rappers? Not all American rappers rap about bullshit.. the Hip-hop style that is being reflected by African rappers pays tribute to REAL American rappers.. True hip-hop has always been about expression.. and Jamaicans and Americans started it all.. but that doesn't really matter anyways cus we're all brothers so chill with the segregation.

  • The song exerpt at like, 00:58, 1:00... Is there a video of that whole track cause it is fucking heavy.

  • Who tha FUCK are you Rugby??? Keep your nasty ass uneducated rasict comments to yourself!! If you aint feeling it don't watch it!! Your opinions are tired and played out!!!!!

  • fuck you ben

  • Can't wait to see this flick.

  • American rappers can learn a lot from them.

    Keep it positive

  • UGANDANS STAND UP

  • So much jive, so much talk, and so little constructive movement to improve the life of the people. Hard work, honest government,& sense of community would go a long way to resolve the degradation and misery of Africa.

  • whoa don't know how i found this vid but nice, hip hop is a voice and i'm happy it's being used by our people ay that might be what hip hop needs to get out of the bling bling era we are in right now.

  • Actually, race is only skin deep. There is no such thing as "race."

  • bullshit! the only people who believe this shit are people blind to the 500 years of slavery and prejudice my ancestors endured and we are enduring still to this day.. why isn't Aids wide spread in Europe? why are niggas in Brazil living is dilapidated ass favelas? hell, why does racial profiling exist in America?!? son.. race definitely exist!

  • hey, the last song, is it called "from africa"?, were can i get some of the music at also?

  • ...because rap and hip hop improve cultures...

  • pls don't even try to take this hip hop in Africa!! we don't need this shit!!! we are african not hip hop fake shit who don't have culture like that. Don't come we shit in Africa b/c u are not well come. Don't change our cluture. u should know better. hip hop don't belong to africa.

  • WHAT?!?!?!? you cant be Black talkin like this.. nigga look at what Hip-Hop is becomming today.. we need reinforcements from other Blacks around the world cus for the most part, American Hip-hop is becomming diluted and commercialized.. do me a favor and check out Racionais MCs.. they're from Brazil.. now thats what I call real Hip-hop.. not that Soljah boy bullshit they playin on the radio these days..

  • this is a true thing that can happen! its not a chain letter! its kinda scary at first but it really works!! paste this message into 3 commments and press ATL F4 and your crushes name will appear on your screen!!! its soo weird

  • Salute to my African brothers upholding thier own in hiphop. Don't let the mainstream media distort that message. KEEP PUMPING POSITIVITY TO THE YOUTH!!

  • check out my hip hop new wave version of johnny cas 'guess things happen that way'

  • The entire Jewish nation was enslaved for 400 years in Egypt before the Exodus. They've also been enslaved for long periods by other nations. You're clueless.

  • get the fuck outta here.. prove that shit without using flawed sources like the Tanak and and the bible...

  • Referring to a good days work: Go to any African country and check out their factories, mines and plantations and you will notice that they work much harder and under more difficult conditions than any of the pampered whining ass northwestern hemisphere workers will ever do or have done since the stone age.

  • I traveled through Africa last year and got to see first hand what goes on away from the resort areas where the real Africans live. There is a huge drug problem and and problems wuth organized crime and prostitution everywhere. AIDS is spreading on a pandemic level because of a lack of self control and willingness to protect themselves against it. It's sad.

  • The conditions that are present for African workers are so because African government is as corrupt as any on the planet and is not willing to protect the workers.....and those governors are black while they're stealing from and endangering other blacks...no prejudice....just greed and corruption. North west hemi woekers have iit easier because they've taken a stand to make things better over the past 100 years.

  • They should be rapping on the steps of the capital building in Kampala (that would be their capital) instead of here in the US. We send billions over to Uganda every year and it is quickly scooped up and stolen by their leaders....oh yeah...those leaders are all black. Let's not hear all the white rhetoric about who's keeping who down. It's time for little black boys to be taught to grow into black men who aren't afraid of a good day's work.

  • You're obviously misinformed and biased. We do not send millions to them. We pressure them to borrow money from us, then we tell them to buy US products with it, mostly armament. Part of that money, dissappears in the pockets of their leaders, who we put there, because they do as they are told by us.

  • You're right...we don;t send millions to them....we send billions of dollars every year. Their leaders aren't US placed or appointed. We contribute more to the welfare of the African than most of the world's other nations combined...it's a fact. The leaders steal it from the people...not the US.

  • I agree with you. Since when was stomping around to a loop and reciting 2nd grade level poetry about less than important issues music. It's hip hop...not music. Just because it puts millions of dollars in the pockets of some of the worst possiblt role models in history doesn't make it music either. It continues to amaze me how porr the lyrical content is and how stupid it makes the rappers look, but they're getting rich on selling to an equally stupid customer base.

  • The motives of these guys are right. They want to help their people by feeding the hungry and healing the sick and housing the homeless. The guys who rap here in the US are another story. They want to get high, kill one another, get high a little more, degrade and humiliate women, promote thug street behaviour....oh and get high a little more. There's a big difference when you want to do good for a society and when you're the bain and degeneration of one.

  • this guy is great, i think he can get there

  • dope stuff. keep working! How can i get the first track from 0:22 to 0:31? - sounds great. Tight beat.

  • Where can I get the music sounding from minute 2:20 to 2:40???? I think its name is Mamma Africa or sth like dat.... please help

  • Good humanitarian gestures,

Check me out for the fun of your life

  • Very cool very positive!

  • rage against the machine + fight the power+ black power= knowledge divided into reading

  • ThisisMe, your ignorance is profound. Having people like you on planet earth does not do anyone any good. But I don't blame you, ...I blame the bitch who gave birth to you.

  • ignorance dont take nobody nowhere rep africa yo

  • Hey silas

    Nzze winnie

    katoonda wange!! okoze bulunji

  • Deseases brought by the white men in the Americas-> Smallpox (1525, 1558, 1589), typhus (1546), influenza (1558), diphtheria (1614) and measles (1618) pandemics spread throughout the indigenous populations of the North America continent. The number of indigenous peoples killed is estimated at 10 million to 110 million. WHITE PEOPLE ARE SICK!

  • Not true, they were living in crowded unsanitary communities, which caused epidemics. Largely because the church taught them that washing yer ass is a temptation to sin and the lack of proper sewage and waste disposal which contaminated the immediate living environment. Louis XIV washed once a year, for the rest he put on perfume.

  • You such a stupid idiot...The oldest and most famous old civilization is in Africa. Ever heard of Egypt? Egypt is concidered as the fointain head of Western civilization. Everyone took ideas from them including the Greeks.

  • Tell them baby. This dame us will never be like africa. African is the mother of nation. One day africa will be next to Haven!! It's all about time

  • a tribe called quest are quite old now arent they though? back in the time when people really liked the postive to remove them from their negative lives. now lives are improving, people talk negative crap about how they live when its not really that bad anymore

  • Africa will rise again and I will show my fellow Africans the light

  • yes im rally Koatya !!

  • this is awesome, awesome. bless these awesome guys and the work they do with their people!

  • Real rap from people living it and not just cashing in on it because they know a guy who knows a guy from Queens. Rapping about your own name is the worst form of self-love I can think of and fools like that are getting rich. Keep representing, Africa, it's your turn.

  • Wow, these guys got more heart in their little toe than most US rap stars do all togather.
