BAA, the people who own Heathrow were mainly at fault.
It's people with a lack of logic that blame BA.

There were 2 main problems. Technical glitches due to a lack of testing and personnel familiarity. BA staff had limited training with the terminal - this was BAA's fault for not providing enough time to get used to the terminal.

Well it was a construction site till not long before opening. theres also not alot to get used to if you already know the job. from depatrures theres not many places to go, o well. hope you had a good time anyway.

It was BA and BAA. They were both at fault. But to be honest. Who cares! T5 is a great terminal to pass through!
