@alainaiso it stays in one position, if you are in the top of north Pole, You see Stuff Moving Veeery Slow, Because ...Agh..Well, Its logical, like if you put a Piece of...Ahh..!?..Of Paper, on a Rotating Sphere. It will not move much, only rotate, but if its on the ecuatorial line you see things moving FASTER.
