  • god bless the kids they are adorable, my wife and I was rolling in laughing when your son said bigger, bigger, bigger they was he said was so sweet.

  • This is great. Reminds you of the time when our forefathers would help one another without expectation of profits. Just Humanity helping itself.

  • thats a big garage. is that a 4 car garage??

  • you should have plywood on those wall before you set the roof

  • very helpful video

  • perfect family

  • One thing i know.. i would never be working with my baby walking around like that so close. Shit happens, fuck that

  • great job, Ive been framing for 30 years and you do things the way you can, every job is different, people can see you have friends helping so you make things light fast and safe cause they help when they can, one guy with bags so if he's not the owner hes the carpenter friend, lol, been there , good to have friends, right??especialy ones that will get of couch to help you. enjoy your garage!!

  • why did you only go with a single top plate?

  • there is a double top plate. you can't see it very well due to the video quality. look around minute 8 at full screen. should be able to see the double top.

  • dude in the white would be gitting it from me if he worked on my crew lol ass holes and elbows

  • Good Job. : )

You kids are so cute. : )

  • I wonder how much it cost to pour the slab?

  • Concrete, rebar, and block were ~$3200 including labor. 24x24 foot slab.

  • Thanks. Nice job.

  • You build the trusses or order them?..if you ordered, about how much did they cost?

  • nice woulda sheeted wall, gables put facia and lookouts o=if choose to use woulda save time and wouldnt of had to brace walls sqquare and sheeted of ladder but nice job boyz !

  • Not bad and seems to be a family project spending time with the family, something to be proud of!

  • nice clean job.. I mighta sheeted and put the facia on the gables before i stood them up, but thumbs up..

  • I built a 2' overhang on the gables so couldn't put up the facia early. the sheeting had to tie the wall and gable together so couldn't do that well ahead of time i don't think.

  • Pull up all the trusses and lay them down flat,(spread out where they sit) then lift up the gable truss and set it on the wall where it goes, nail the bottom chord down into the top plate so it stays put when you lift it(gable is center for overhangs) then sheet gable overhanging plywood however much you need looks like about 2-3 feet down where the door is.. then nail overhang on.. stand up.. presto..

  • Thanks for putting this on here its a big help to me.
