Yeah mate i checked it and i recomend doing this i got it in under 30 seconds first go. I used a Lambogni and all the other cars were some g class car the slowest in the game.

cant you just get heaps of slow cars and your is fast the it easy as to tag them all. I think this could be alot simpler. Dunno i will test it out and tell you my results thanks for the vid.
