@jeffethen Hi Jeffethen, thanks for the kudos. i'll have a new trailer up soon, please stay tuned. Re the prism, etc. on the Eyemo - I bought it already with the prism. Then i found a NIkon lens adapter and had a camera repair/rental place mount the adapter on the Eyemo. I can't remember who exactly I sent it to but it was in LA, it might have been Birns & Sawyer, or Panavision. Someone unafraid of tinkering with the older cameras.
Hello isometric, you have inspired me. once i'm done with the feature film i'm currently finishing (Wanda the Wonderful) i will see if I can do just that - shoot an MOS short on 35mm color with my Eyemo, before its no longer possible to process film!
this Looks Fantastic.....was this Really shot on a Bell & Howel 35mm Eyemo? it looks amazingly Stable...I would expect there to be more Jitter is there a Particular Model of Eyemo that you used? also What Lenses did you use? looks awsome......im also afraid of Beards now...
I'm glad you like the look! It's an eyemo outfitted with a reflex prism viewfinder, then I had a nikon mount put on it. So I'm using Nikon primes, especially a 35mm f/2 which makes for good optics. I think the Eyemo is steady enough.
Thanks for the quick response. I've just acquired and eyemo. I live in Los Angeles and am sure I can hunt down the right people :)
