@2007excalibur2007 Actually, I do. See, the distinction between the two modes of this game is that Arcade is just rally racing and road racing. But on Simulation mode, you can be able to race more cars and win bonus credits. Now do you get what I mean?

@Corey6496 You can do rally racing on the arcade mode too. And you can unlock more tracks on the arcade disc by completing the license tests on the simulation disc. Then you can unlock more cars in Arcade mode by completing the unlocked tracks on the "Hard" difficulty setting.

Also, cars that you bought in Simulation mode can be used in Arcade mode as well. So yeah, both modes contribute to each other. :P

I'm a fan of the series and all I can say is, GT2 is the best of the lot. Forget about the graphics of 5, GT2 was really FUN. The only thing I don't like about 5 is that it "forces" you to play the same races over and over and over again (the quickest way) just to unlock another 1 or 2 races (level 20+). I don't mind the leveling-ups, but Polyphony could have made it less tedious.

Anyways GT2 OWNS the rest!

Any1 know how to get the volume of the shitty music down so I can hear the engine when driving? Bcoz the music is ridiculously loud and I hardly hear the engine, then I turn the volume, it gets worst :/

Preferably, I like ePSXe better - mainly because it uses plugins (which takes advantage of your hardware) to render video and audio, instead of just plain software emulation. Though with a few glitches here and there, I'm fine with it. :P
