As long as you are not plotting against the USA, you should not be worried about giving suspected terrorists Miranda rights. The NDAA provides a tool to prevent future 9/11s and gives us a one-up on these extremists. By not having this provision, you are in fact allowing potential enemies of the USA to use our own freedoms against us. Go Lindsey!
