That is Biddu. The record was originally to be the B side of 'I wanna give you my everything. (Northern Soul classic) but the sides were flipped at the last minute due to the Kung fu craze. Great Live Vocal (note windshield on mic).

I think that the two guys in the black are singer and producer Biddu aka Biddu Appaiah, who did all of those 70's hits for Tina Charles & Jimmy James etc. The other guy looks like 60's singer Lee Vanderbilt aka Ebony Keyes who is something of a Northern Soul legend.

The session drummer and guitarist on the original recording were John Richardson & Alan Williams of the Rubettes.
