@ciaranx02 When she was young I used the "capture" method. When I tapped on a giant ball the noise kinda freaked her out and she would bark. I decided to tell her "speak" each time she would bark at it and give her a treat. It probably took 15-20 times and she had it.

A good first thing to teach is come :) that way you can get your puppy to you when you need her. Personally I wouldn't swamp her with information straight away, moving in to a new home is a big thing and she has is already learning so much about her environment and new family. But yeah they are smart dogs. I notice mine really loves different sounds, she like it when I whistle :)

@toontownluvrify I taught mine with a treat and 10 minutes! They are the best dogs I ever encountered. And I am not a dog person but she won my heart right away. Very easy to train! But she is so smart I don't have time to ask her to speak. She sits down, raises each paw and speaks even before I get a chance to talk lol!

Wow! My Bella was like that when we got her home at 2 and a half months to! I love her and they are so smart. She just turned 5 months last week and I taught her to speak in 10 minutes! I would recommend these dog's to everyone!

If anyone has seen how rough most puppies play with eachother they woudn't think this trainer was rough at all. Most confronations between littermates end with one crying. These are dogs...not babies. At 12 weeks they are equal to a 8 year old child in physical developement. At 24 weeks they are nearly full size. Dogs use physical dominance to establish rank and order. The puppy is very comformfortable with this. It is hardwired into every dog (yes, even tippy) to respect the chain of command.

just a quick tip when she does something correctly you should also be telling her good girl with every trick she gets right, on some of the tricks she got right all i see was you giving her a treat. When you stop giving her treats and tell her to do a certain trick she will expect a treat as a reward and when you dont give her a treat shes going to stop doing these tricks because she will know she won't get a treat

If you loved your lil Golden Doodle who you think is a lil toy, I recomend you take care of her or she will run away very soon. That happends to be what I pushed Sparky into. In this video she is 12 weeks now she is almost 6 months and only weights 25 pounds. Yes, she is very small for her age. She still has 6 months to go so we are waiting to see just how big she gets. I am adding more recent videos so check those out too.

I have only read about and seen goldendoodles in books and video. (I expect to hug one soon, though). I really believe this is a mix that should be developed as a breed: beautiful and very smart dogs.

I found something she was fond of barking at, in this case my yoga ball, I think she liked the way her voice echoed in the ball. Anyway once I tapped on the ball and started to tell her "speak"...which she did. Then transfered it to a hand signs. It literally took 15 min.
