my uncle has made it his life's work to get the unwanted race dogs from the race tracks, before they are killed, and get them to rescue groups for adoption.he has 4 dogs of his own that he adopted and they travel with him in a big motor home.everyone please tell friends never to buy a pet,.there are so may out there waiting for a home.

Greyhounds make excellent pets. May everyone considering buying a puppy, first consider visiting the rescue centres for the many wonderful dogs who are so greytful for their new homes when rehomed :)

Wow I also had a white Galgo, the sweetest dog ever! He died in spetember 2009 becouse off lysmania and I'm really touchet seeing this. I really reccomend people to adopt a dog like this. Even tho they are reall hunters they are very relaxed inside the house and like I said they got a reall soft and sweet personality.
