Well, my understanding of the song is that a little girl (teen) fell in love and had sex ( a lot) with a man. Her parnts found out, and forbade her, making her fall into depression.

I don't think this song is -all- about sex. Guys, seriously? I think it's about a girl that loves this... guy, but her parents don't want her to be with him, so she compares herself to Juliet and him to Romeo. But then she remembers what happened to the two of them (1:25 - 1:27) and decides that she should act like Cinderella instead, as that story has a happy ending. There are sex references, but more about her not being ready for it. (0:48)
