Long ago, I read up on an improved electrolysis invented by Stanley Meyer. His intention was to create almost free power, as water can be broken down into oxygen and hydrogen. Two elements that produce massive amounts of energy when combined again (ignition). My idea was to use the same method to break down water to oxygen and hydrogen, but use a type of catalytic converter to filter the hydrogen, and possibly use helium to replace the missing nitrogen for under water breathing, somehow.
