I loved your voice and the octave, I don't know why that dude said to raise it, your tone is astounding. Stunning as well as everyone has said. The guitar was mechanical I am not sure on the rhythm but hands down the best voice I have heard besides rait (and prine but more because he wrote it and his emotion rather than actual vocal quality). You have an absolutely GREAT VOICE! but...you would get better results if you went up a key or two higher. It would open up those mid to higher registers in your voice and you'll have the record labels knocking on your door begging for a signing.
I agree. And I also mean that in a friendly constructive way. Either that, or if you really wanna do it low, go way low so you get the soulful "old black woman" sort of effect. My favorite "pro" cover of this song is Susan Tedeschi. Amazing cover. And so was this. Good work!
