Meiko - fearsome warrior, became insane from the continued ignorance of those around. Slew everyone in her way in her insanity, then locked in the forest from gettign lost.

Kaito - the one tame person within Wonderland, was inspired to sing his portion, then became insane from the meaning and shot himself.

Miku - wanders into wonderland, and everyone adores her, she becomes queen. Through vanity she rules, but immortality shows her everyone else's dying days.

Twins - innocence.

One would not think that beauty is a curse, but a blessing. You might think so, but MAINTAINING the beauty is where the sin lies. Meiko was too angry, Kaito was too frail, Miku was too beautiful, and the twins were too curious and innocent.

the fourth alice, i think they were harmless traveling kids who were tricked by the third alice to wander the forest, and they accidently wandered into the first alices prison, where she then killed them. (from one of the many japanese versions)

@100shadowprincess I've always assumed that since Kaito (blue) and Meiko (red) were a common pairing, that Kaito was a singer in the country that he and Meiko lived in, and when Meiko went insane and got 'lost in the forest/woods' (getting trapped in the forest/woods//being killed), he went insane as well and shot himself.

Long story short - Kaito lost Meiko to the dream, went insane, and shot himself. Or, that's what I've always assumed. Maybe he wasn't affected by the dream.

The second Alice is always analyzed differently; I want to give my two cents on him.

He's a singer, who liked to sing beautiful songs. In Wonderland, people wanted him to keep singing and singing and singing. His songs started to become dark, filled with death and madness. Finally, the dream wanted silence; the second Alice was made mad by his own lyrics and he "shot himself to the ground".

The third was a girl who enjoyed power. The dream gave her a world where she ruled, but she was afraid of losing to death(Aging). So the dream made a deal with her. She would live forever, but she could never leave, thus trapping her in the castle, and in the dream.

The fourth were brother and sister. They traveled all the worlds before coming upon their own. They went in and the dream locked the door behind them, trapping them in their never changing world, a barren landscape

The story is quite simple.

The first alice was a warrior, and teh dream created a world where she could kill anyone she wanted. The dream was scared of her, but wouldnt let her go. So it trapped her, to keep her forever.

The second was a singer, and the dream created a world where everyone loved him and listened to him. The dream had him killed, to keep him forever.

MIku, when she got to wonderland she made every one fall to her whim (they all thought she was beautiful and did anything she said) so she became queen or some sort of rolity had a (kidd?) "gave birth to a griken tree) son i think. but the dreams she had were about corpses and rotting flesh she went mad. hope that helped =)
