  • Good stuff. I have been working for the Post Office for 1 year. Recently on my right hand I have developed a situation in which my thumb goes in out of joint with severe pain. I also feel pain just below the thumb near the palm. I have had to wear a thumb brace to work. Now my left thumb is developing pain in the thumb. Hard to grab things of any wait. If I bang or twist my right thumb it is severe pain. I am a Martial Arts instructor so I have been trying to repair this myself. Ideas?

  • @asroc1047

  • I started to play piano and i beggin felling pain in my left hand.

can you send me a stretch that i can do for quervain sindrome?

  • @johnbeefs keep doing these stretches. Also check out my youtubes on Carpal tunnel syndrome. Great stretches there for the hand and wrist. Take care.

  • Great to hear that this video was helpful to you. Please pass it on to others who you think might benefit as well.

  • Thanx for sharing. It works.

  • 5 Stars for your advice?

Never let operate the thumb - but check the alternative therapies first

I was spoiled by an "Epping-Plastik"-Operation; the Operator knew that I was playing piano, swimming, riding bycicle - and still did it (totally false preinforming me).

I became big problems in my upper cervical spine and had to stopp playing piano, bc. the hand -function was totally spoiled. After a 2nd OP (I got a ripp for my trapez-bone) the problems are still there

  • @Pianda (5 stars for your advice!!!!!! "!" I meant :-) )

I have a question to you: I have big problems in the hand (no flexibility, no counterpart-function ot the thumb bc. the ripp-bone is grown into a wrong position) BUT also in the upper-body starting from the neck. All my movements are diff. than before (especially the feeling is somewhat handicapped)-what are your experiences after thumb-operations?What will happen to the people that have an operated thumb?

    Thank you very much
