Basing Citizenship status of a child solely on the Citizenship status of the Father violates US law. It specifically violates the equal rights amendment of the US Constitution.

In order for any US law to discriminate based on gender one must show that the discrimination is necessary to further a compelling state interest.

What state interest are you suggesting is furthered by discriminating against the mother when it comes to the Citizenship status of the child?

Nothing is going to happen unless we start our own OCCUPY movement. We have a legit reason to do it, OWS does not. Any sane, clear thinking American would back up this movement. I can't believe ORYR made us wait all day long just for him to post this. ORYR has gotten lazy these last 5 months.
