@Rdlerke when the cops came he said i pulled RIGHT out into the road because i couldnt stop at the junction... i was probably going to fast..... the cops believed him because i had to stop, they didnt believe he was talking to his wife and didnt look where he was driving because i had a stop sign........ IF i had left my car where it was the cops could have then worked out where i was and what REALLY happened... if i EVER get into a accident again... car stays where it is. fuck everyone else

@Rdlerke there is a reason they leave it where the accident happens, and i am speaking from experience..... i had an accident about 15 years ago, i was sitting at a junction and they guy passing infront of my car left to right was talking to his wife... he wasnt looking where he was goign and went onto the opposite side of the road and their car side scraped on the front of my car as he drove past.... i moved my car back and onto the path to clear the street... part 2 coming now

@Rdlerke sometimes they don't move it for police record purposes even though they can actually drive it on the side of the road... things like this should be consider specially when someone cuts you off or in any reason someone has caused you to crash.. the actual end position of the car after an accident is a vital evidence.
