Hey mate, try Bleac:soul resurreccion. Although I would advice watching some episodes first, try it, it's KICK ASS dude! Great review especially Manga carta!!
If you want a story oriented game, especially a very emotional one, Nier was excellent. I'm not sure if it's really an RPG or not, but the gameplay worked for me (especially the pseudo-SHMUP parts), and the characters and music were top notch. I only liked Valkyria Chronicles more this generation, although I haven't played as many games as you have.
lol, something i wanna point out is that pretty much every game you showed you said either "this is my favorite game" or "this is the best game of this gen". Sorry just had to say that lol (not trying to be a D**k.
Anyway, Hyperdimension is garbage. Don't even open it. AR Tonelico is decent, you should check that out. Also, Catherine, which is more of a japanese platformer, is really very good and original. If you have Wii, The Last Story is good as well.

Anyway, I'm definitely going to get Ar tonelico 3, been looking forward to it for a while, Catherine is also on my buy list (Atlus games are a must have), and The Last Story looks epic but I don't have Wii, not yet at least
