I remember doing this by accident once - before I'd really started getting the hang of playing guitar, and at the time, I was playing with a buddy of mine.
Great Video, I have a question. I can do pinch harmonics when I choke up on the pick like you said. But, when i normally play, i don't choke up as much on the pick bcuz it isnt comfortable. If I want to incorporate pinch harmonics into my normal playing, should I learn to play while choking up on the pick or should I choke up more when I want to play a pinch harmonic and then go back to normal? Thanks!
@macbros1337 Choke up more when I want to play a pinch harmonic and then go back to normal that's what i did. But trust me, as you get use to it, you will tend to find a way to do every pinch harmonic by shifting your pick by alittle and getting back to normal after the pinch harmonic is done.
@macbros1337 Learn to move your pick in your hand, you should get the hang of it after a while as there is always an advantage of holding your pick more loose or tighter depending on what your playing.

I finally got the hang of it! Thank you so much. I've been struggling with this technique for 2 weeks! It's a whole bunch easier than I thought!
