i ask you cos i decided to use a extra gyro for the rudder because my heli make a fish tail wobble i just cant decrease the gain enough(via transmitter) to keep it stable
hi question about FM so what happens if you lose control during forward flight or perhaps doing 3D will FM recover you if high enough like say co-pilot?
I have used the FM gyro and find it good. I hear there are some that are and some that aren't, so perhaps I was just lucky. It holds well. Worth giving it a try though.
why would you use another gyro instead of the flymetor gyro....i bought 1 and setting it up, i saw your vid and i want to know why not use flymetor gyro?????help please
I chose to use a separate gyro because it was a little better in the headlock mode.
Also, I found the separate gyro is easier to set up and adjust with the radio by adjusting the Travel Adjustment on the Gear channel than it is to use the flymentor software for adjustment. It worked out fine for me this way. conversly, I have a friend that I set up his flymentor and he doesnt use a separate gyro- it seems fine but the tail does tend to drift a bit more than I would like

so... you dont connect the FM grey wire to your receiver, right instead you connect the additional gyro to it....
