Too bad they're only making 1000 of them. At $2000USD each, I think only major acts and studios will be getting ones.  While they're great for studio stuff, just look at it; the Taurus was made to be used live. I've dreamed about having one of these since I heard Led Zeppelin & Yngwie Malmsteen use one.

They should really consider making a dumbed-down version that sells for around or under $300. Or license a 'budget model' to someone like EHX.

Why the massive keys?

They could have put a 3 octave normal keyboard in the same space

I saw a local band a few years back, they had a Moog Taurus on stage, they had to turn it off because the sound system couldn't handle it.

I saw the band a few months later, they had a different sound company and the bass pedals were on....my guts are still quivering!! What an awesome sound & feel!
