I tried to find it, but I could't even in Japan.Only those two albums what contain this song are not available on itunes.Perhaps something copyright is disturbing.

I found 20th century version as WMA, but you cannot download from abroad.

if you want to buy as CD, you can hear this song on Miho Morikawa's albums, "Golden best" or "Voices".

The former is available on amazonUS, but a bit expensive(USD36.98).

I wish you can get this song somewhere.

Morikawa is one of my favorite J-pop singers. Not just because of this song, but all her work is good. She has a couple of singles and a record out, but that's it as far as I know. Even those are hard to find because they're all twenty some odd years old.
