man im trying to capture regice right now on my sappphire . I used my lanturn's thunder wave and used swellows FLY attack until its down to a sliver of red . now my goal is to capture it before it uses up its HP with Struggle but so far no luck . I've been using ultra and timer balls . any other suggestions ? I've been thinking about using a ghost pokemon to counter the struggle but im not sure if its going to work or not . so yeah io need help . Suggestions ?

Since you have a lvl 80 wailord, you might as well do very weak attacks agaignst so you wont have to kill it
